Toy Warehouse Lofts

Toy Warehouse Lofts was Los Angeles' first significant adaptive reuse, for-sale loft project. This three-story, unreinforced brick manufacturing facility, built in 1923 had stood vacant for over 30 years. In 1998 the derelict structure was developed into 20 residential lofts with open floor plans, exposed wood columns, plumbing and ductwork. Featuring basement level parking, it also has a 15,000 square foot, ground level commercial facility. 1215 S. Santa Fe Ave., LA, CA 90012
