Bartlett Lofts

The A.G. Bartlett Building was designed in 1911 by well-known Los Angeles architects John Parkinson and Edwin Bergstrom. This Beaux Arts style building boasts original colored marble and glass mosaics on the ground floor and fragments of black and white “subway“ pattern flooring remaining on the mezzanine level. Bartlett Building Lofts was converted in 2002 to residential use under the Adaptive Reuse Ordinance and now comprises of 139 condominiums, parking for residents and ground floor retail outlets. 215 W. 7th St., Los Angeles, CA 90014
